To ensure every event runs seamlessly, a Travel & Logistics Fee applies based on your location in relation to Bergen County, NJ:

25–40 miles: $75
41–60 miles: $125
61–80 miles: $175
81–125 miles: $225
125+ miles: $300

These fees cover transportation, tolls, loading, unloading, and setup time, allowing us to deliver the same level of quality and care no matter where your event takes place.
